| Caroline's Desserts is devoted to making life a little sweeter through the creation of gourmet artisan treats. |
| The company is affectionately named after our mothers, Carolina and Carolyn, who taught us never to settle for second-best on the important things in life, like love and dessert. We've followed their inspiration, creating delicious gourmet desserts using only the finest ingredients. |
| A woman and minority-owned business, Caroline's was founded by Susana Ortiz and Joanne Suffis (that's us). We each have nearly 20 years' experience in business management, as well as more than 40 years' experience enjoying indulgent desserts. |
